Please read these terms carefully before using MoodPulse. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MoodPulse ("Service"), operated by Rubber Goose LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
MoodPulse is a Slack-integrated workplace wellness platform that helps organizations detect and prevent employee burnout. The Service includes:
- Mood check-ins delivered via Slack direct messages
- AI-powered sentiment analysis and burnout risk detection
- Team wellness dashboards and trend reporting
- Activity monitoring based on Slack channel metadata
- Anonymous and pseudonymous participation options
User Accounts and Workspace Access
To use MoodPulse, a workspace administrator must install the Slack app and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when creating your account; (b) promptly update your information if it changes; and (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Use wellness data to discriminate against, retaliate against, or negatively affect any employee's employment status
- Attempt to de-anonymize users who have chosen anonymous participation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service except through our provided APIs
Billing and Subscriptions
MoodPulse offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews.
Limitation of Liability
MoodPulse is a wellness monitoring tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional health advice. The Service should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rubber Goose LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination and Data Deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Slack app and canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, we will delete your workspace data within 30 days. You may request immediate data deletion by contacting us at support@moodpulsehq.com. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
